Fellow Patriot,



The Northern California Council of Conservative Citizens is 

putting on a pro-2nd Amendment rally in opposition to the 

Million Mom March. Of course, we would love to have anyone 

who wants to come. The date is Sunday, May 14th at 2:00pm 

and we will meet at the Tower Bridge on Capitol Mall. From 

there we will march to the South Steps of the Capitol. If 

you do not want to walk, you can meet us there. Bring your 

own signs, banners or flags.



All the permits are on our organizations name and there are 

some rule we have to follow: We're not allowed to mingle 

with the opposition or vice versa; no weapons; no alcohol;



Press releases will be provided to all local and state 

media. You know how it is with the Sacramento Bee and how 

bias they are. As a publisher of a newspaper myself, I know 

how difficult it is to get our message in to the liberal 

media. Sorry I have to say that the NRA, as usual, is not 

given any help. Even though I am a member, we've gotten most 

of our help from the Gunowners of America, the California 

American Pistol and Rifle Association, the Sisters of the 

Second Amendment and various individuals. We will have 

announcements on Sundays on the Christian radio channels, 

one of them in Modesto, the John Katz show at 770AM and in 

Sacramento. If you like, you might wish to contact your 

local station.



The opposition has already claimed 5,000 marchers. So it is 

really important that we show a good number. So far it is 

going pretty well and we are estimating to have about 500. 

This rally is solely to support the 2nd Amendment. We will 

have tables, flyers and information about the 2nd Amendment.
